Board meeting agendas and meeting minutes are a key part of the POA’s official records. For owners that are not actively involved with the association, they are the primary way to follow along with the board’s activities. Given this, it is important that the board produce quality agendas and meeting minutes. Generally, these two documents should provide sufficient detail so that a property owner, with no previous knowledge of the POA, will understand what the board is considering and the reasoning behind the  board's actions.
